This month, construction workers employed by contracting companies operating at Stanlow voted in favour of industrial action.
An agreement has now been reached and the industrial action will not take place.
No Essar employees took part in this industrial action ballot.
Essar has liaised with the contractor companies throughout the process and there has been no disruption to customer supplies.
