Georgina Felstead - Graduate Solicitor Apprentice

“As part of my Solicitor Graduate Apprenticeship, I attend university one day a week and work four days at site. I have thoroughly enjoyed working for such an entrepreneurial and innovative business whilst it performs a vital role in the UK’s energy transition. The training I receive provides me with invaluable on the job experience and is complimented by my studies. Additionally, the support at Essar is unrivalled, I have monthly meetings with my Supervisor and a member of HR to ensure I maximise my potential. Taylor Nutbrown – Procurement Supply Management Apprentice

"I am in the process of completing an apprenticeship in Procurement Supply Management at Essar. I am grateful to have been given this opportunity to work for Essar as I know it is a company that will help me to develop and obtain employable skills which will provide me with various opportunities for the future. Within my department I have met many people who have lots of experience and knowledge within their roles, and they continually offer me support, guidance and assistance whenever I need it. I am constantly learning at Essar and gaining a greater understanding of my role and meeting others around site. This is helping me to develop personally and professionally. In TTE, I completed my BTEC and HNC studies, since then I have also completed my SIAS & NVQ whilst on site at Essar, gaining knowledge and experience which has been invaluable to my role here today.”
