Nigel Bradshaw is a Chartered Chemical Engineer and senior refinery executive with over 40 years’ experience across global refining and petrochemicals. A graduate of the University of Exeter and Fellow of the IChemE, he has a consistent track record of improving underperforming assets, leading complex commissioning activities, and delivering material value—exceeding $300M—through operational optimisation.

He has held senior leadership roles spanning operations, technical, and commercial delivery. His technical depth covers FCCU, hydroprocessing, and primary fractionation, with strength in diagnosing and recovering distressed or constrained assets. He is widely recognised as a pragmatic troubleshooter on large, complex projects.

At EET Fuels, he leads refinery operations with a focus on safe, reliable performance while driving efficiency and supporting the transition toward lower carbon energy solutions.
