Anita is a highly experienced Enterprise and Operational Risk leader with a strong track record of designing and embedding risk management frameworks across complex, regulated organisations. With over 20 years’ experience, she has previously held senior Risk and Internal Audit roles at The Co-operative Bank, Lloyds Banking Group, Deloittes and Arcelor Mittal North America.

Her expertise spans operational risk, technology and cyber risk, third-party risk, data governance, and regulatory compliance, including SYSC, EMIR, MiFID, SOX, and GDPR. She has led major risk and control transformation programmes across financial services, energy, manufacturing, retail, telecommunications, and the public sector.
